In this most-recent project, a 30-year-old three-storey residence was meticulously rebuilt to achieve a modernized and contemporary living space. The renovation focused on updating the entire structure, incorporating modern design elements, and enhancing functionality.

TYPE OF SERVICE

During this project, we served as the Principal Agent, overseeing and coordinating the entire process to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery. We worked closely with Prodigous, who acted as the lead Quantity Surveyor (QS), while 2AdSpace provided architectural expertise, and Grobler and Associates handled the structural engineering. The main contractor, Dries le Roux Construction, executed the construction work under our supervision, ensuring that all aspects of the project were delivered to the highest standards.

KEY ASPECTS and result

A key aspect of the project was the strategic utilization of the top floor, which involved transforming previously underutilized space into valuable and fully functional areas. This enhancement not only maximized the home's spatial potential but also contributed to its overall modernization. The project was successfully delivered within the agreed-upon time and cost parameters, meeting all expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
